As a pharmaceutical distribution platform, we require all partners to maintain professional standards and comply with all regional medical and pharmacological regulations.

3. Distribution & Logistics

We strive to maintain the highest standards in medical logistics. Deliveries are subject to availability and regional supply chain conditions. Cold-chain requirements must be maintained as specified for each product.

4. Liability

Samedka Lifesciences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
